Job summary

UniSource Energy Services is seeking a C&M Foreman A/B in Lake Havasu City, AZ to supervise construction and maintenance of gas mains, services, and regulator stations. The role requires leadership, safety compliance, and experience with pipe joining procedures (steel and plastic) including welding certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of natural gas industry experience.
• Must obtain and maintain API-1104 welding and pipe joining certifications.
• Knowledge of tapping equipment, metering and regulation.
• Strong leadership and safety awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervises new construction and maintenance of mains, valves, regulator stations, and large meters.
• Oversees maintenance work in response to leak surveys or as requested by related departments.
• Ensures compliance with federal safety codes (DOT Part 192, 199) and local regulations; updates programs as needed.
• Responds to emergencies and manages day-to-day operations in the service area.
• Performs various pipe joining procedures and locates leaks; fabricates/install meter sets and regulator stations.
• Maintains safety, public liaison, and emergency response programs.
• Operates a wide range of job-related equipment and ensures paperwork is completed.
