Job summary

Must have 7–10 years in multi‑unit contract dining, 5+ years of management, and experience overseeing at least $5M in revenue. You’ll guide Unit Managers, manage budgets and food costs, and travel regionally with a company

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in multi-unit contract dining.
• At least 5 years of management, coaching, and development.
• Experience overseeing a minimum of $5M in revenue.
• 5+ years developing foodservice programs and managing costs.
• Ability to build client relationships and improve operations.

Responsibilities

• BUILD LASTING CLIENT PARTNERSHIPS across each unit in the district.
• Drive operational and financial excellence including budgeting and cost control.
• Grow the business through client engagement and proposals.
• Inspire and develop high-performing Unit Managers and teams.
