Job summary

ISH Dining Services seeks a District Manager to lead multiple accounts and ensure food safety, quality and client satisfaction. You will coach Account Managers, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth across assigned districts in the United States.

You will collaborate with corporate support, maintain records, and negotiate renewals while ensuring compliance with CBAs and company policies. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sanitation and safety course completion required.
• Willingness to relocate and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Background check required and ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Account Managers for facility performance.
• Oversee budgeting, cost controls and financial goals.
• Ensure food quality, safety standards and customer service.
• Engage with clients, negotiate contracts and pursue new business.
• Travel to accounts to supervise operations and ensure ISH standards.
