Impact Fire Services is seeking a dynamic senior operations leader to oversee the Denver district office with multiple service lines, driving financial and operational goals. You will manage a large P&L and lead fire alarm, sprinkler, and suppression departments, collaborating with regional leadership to grow the local business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent leadership experience considered.
• Progressive experience managing a large district-based P&L and team.
• Forecasting, labor productivity, billing/working capital and cash conversions.
• High level of customer service.
• Strong work ethic and professional appearance.
• Proven track record of developing leaders and scaling the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and quick learning ability.
• Industry licensing or certification with fire alarms/sprinklers is a plus.
