Job summary

California Lottery is seeking a Route Sales Supervisor to oversee a large team of Route Sales Representatives, ensuring effective execution of sales, marketing and merchandising plans. The position is based in Rancho Cucamonga and is not eligible for telework.

The role requires a current District Sales Supervisor exam and extensive travel (60–80% of the day) to retailers across the state. Final filing date is 9/29/2026.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a sales team (including coaching and performance management).
• Experience working with sales data and creating measurable sales goals.
• Experience conducting/leading presentations to sales customers.
• Experience merchandising product and promotional material.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Supervise a large group of Route Sales Representatives (RSR).
• Assist Lottery Manager (Sales) in the efficient implementation of sales, marketing, and merchandising programs.
