Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintains and services facilities to support educational programs and operations.
• Oversees preventive maintenance, planning and budgeting for facilities.
• Supervises maintenance trades and coordinates with HR and other departments.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and safety standards across buildings and grounds.
• Maintains documentation, inspections and service history files.
• Coordinates with external contractors and internal stakeholders.
