Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure company standards are met within budgeted labor and expense.
• Assist in preparation of billing amount and invoice backup per client specs.
• Ensure subordinates maintain supply levels within budget; approvals required for discretionary spending.
• Review daily labor and educate supervisors on payroll procedures.
• Adhere to company policy and enforce compliance by staff.
• Contact customers to ensure services meet contract requirements and retention.
• Pursue sales and maintain customer relationships.
• Manage personnel issues and train subordinates as needed.
• Maintain branch financials by controlling budgets and costs.
