Job summary

Lessen is seeking a District Lead to oversee day-to-day facilities activities for multiple trades within a designated district. The role requires strategic leadership, strong financial oversight, and collaboration with senior leadership to optimize processes and drive efficiencies.

You will manage facilities teams, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and mentor managers to raise performance. Experience with vendor management and capital projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent facilities management experience.
• 7+ years of facilities management experience.
• Vendor relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term facilities management strategies.
• Manage larger financial responsibilities to ensure fiscal responsibility and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior leadership across departments to optimize processes.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory, safety, and industry standards.
• Identify and implement new technologies or automation tools for facility operations.
• Supervise Facility Managers and CSRs to maintain high-quality standards.
