Job summary

Leaf Home, LLC. is seeking a District Event Marketing Manager to recruit, train, and lead a team of Event Marketers, drive brand awareness, and generate sales leads across their district.

You will source local events, manage budgets, staffing, and schedules while ensuring successful event execution. The role requires 2+ years of management experience, strong recruiting and budgeting skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 2+ years in a managerial position.
• Strong recruiting and training skills.
• Experience with large-scale budgeting and planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive event-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representative follow-up.
• Identify, schedule, and plan event calendar for the district team.
• Budgeting and staffing for identified local events.
• Attend trade shows, home shows, fairs, and community events and manage the marketing team.
• Manage event marketing materials and equipment setup and teardown.
• Collaborate with Operations and Installation Managers to grow brand presence locally.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Event Marketers with KPI-driven accountability.
• Develop timelines and internal communications for cohesiveness across the organization.
• Track and report event metrics to evaluate ROI.
