Job summary

Leaf Home, LLC. is seeking a District Event Marketing Manager to lead a team of Event Marketers, drive brand awareness, and generate direct sales leads across the district.

You will source events, manage budgets, plan staff schedules, and ensure successful execution at consumer-facing venues. Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, coordinating with Operations and Installation teams, and tracking KPIs to exceed lead quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 2+ years in a managerial position.
• Strong recruiting and training skills.
• Experience with large-scale budgeting and planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to develop others.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive event-based marketing to generate sales leads for follow-up.
• Schedule and plan event calendars for the district's Event Marketers.
• Budgeting and staffing for identified local events.
• Attend trade shows, home shows, fairs, and community events with the team.
• Manage event marketing materials, setup and teardown.
• Collaborate with Operations and Installation Managers to grow brand presence.
• Recruit, hire, train Event Marketers and manage KPIs.
• Develop timelines and internal communications for cohesion.
• Track and report event metrics and ROI.
