Leaf Home, LLC. is seeking a District Event Marketing Manager in Fort Myers, FL to recruit, train, and manage a team of Event Marketers. You will build brand awareness, source direct-to-consumer events, manage budgets, and schedule staff to execute successful campaigns.

The role requires budgeting experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel more than 50% of the time. This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 2+ years in a managerial position.
• Strong recruiting and training skills.
• Experience with large-scale budgeting and planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends and pre-scheduled events.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Event Marketers for the district.
• Manage sourcing of direct-to-consumer events and budgets.
• Plan event calendars and staff schedules.
• Oversee event marketing materials and setup/teardown.
• Collaborate with Operations and Installation Managers to grow brand presence.
• Track event metrics and ROI; exceed sales lead quotas.
• Maintain timelines and internal communications across the organization.
