Leaf Home, LLC. is seeking a District Event Marketing Manager in Columbia, MO to recruit, lead, and develop a team of Event Marketers, drive brand awareness, and generate sales leads across the district. The role emphasizes budgeting, scheduling, and successful event execution.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 2+ years of management experience, with strong recruiting, training, and communication skills. Travel and evenings/weekends are involved in this exempt role.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 2+ years in a managerial position.
• Strong recruiting and training skills.
• Experience with large-scale budgeting and planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to manage and develop others.

Mansioni

• Develop and drive event-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representative follow-up.
• Identify, schedule, and plan event calendar for team of Event Marketers in the assigned district.
• Budgeting and staffing for identified local events.
• Attend trade shows, home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events and manage event marketing team in generating new sales leads.
• Collaborate with Operations and Installation Managers to grow brand presence in local market.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Event Marketers and establish KPIs.
