Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a District Enrollment Specialist to drive enrollment growth across schools in the S. VA district, with on-site support for tours and family engagement.

The role partners with school and district leaders to optimize enrollments and utilization, and requires travel up to 50% locally. Qualifications include a HS diploma (Associates preferred), 3+ years of sales or service experience, and strong communication and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience required; education or service industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide enrollment support to assigned schools within a specific geographic area, including on site presence to support tours, family engagement, and enrollment execution.
• Manage leads for assigned schools by maintaining organization, prioritizing high intent opportunities, and executing timely follow up with prospective families and Directors.
• Support and conduct tours for prospective families, ensuring high quality, consistent experiences that move families toward enrollment.
• Manage the prospective family enrollment process, from initial inquiry through registration and initial payment setup.
• Achieve enrollment goals by effectively utilizing CRM systems to engage prospective families and drive enrollment volume.
