In this role you will manage engagement programs, recognition events, communications, and cross-functional projects, analyzing data to drive continuous improvement and support employee retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Five years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or related fields.
• Experience in K-12 education or public sector preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and implements district-wide employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Develops and evaluates engagement programs to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Plans recognition programs, appreciation events, and engagement activities.
• Collaborates with district leaders and schools to support culture initiatives.
• Collects and reports engagement data to measure outcomes and drive improvement.
