Job summary

Strategic Government Resources, Inc. seeks a District Enforcement Specialist to implement district plans in the Northgate District, enforce City Ordinances, and deliver courteous customer service to stakeholders and visitors.

Responsibilities include parking operations, enforcement, district services, event support, and coordination with city departments; high attention to safety and neighborhood integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License required.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to work Texas A&M University home football games and other special events as identified.

Responsibilities

• Perform parking operations within the district, including monetary and financial functions, staffing pay stations and gates, and general maintenance.
• Perform parking enforcement by issuing citations and removing illegally parked vehicles as needed.
• Perform district services such as refuse collection, upkeep of common areas, graffiti removal, and assisting with nuisance abatement.
• Assist in planning, production and execution of special events in the district, including vendor relations, street closures, and logistics.
• Coordinate with district stakeholders and city departments, respond to questions, and gather feedback from citizens and visitors.
• Assist with coordinating work for community workers and other assigned duties.
