Apploi is seeking a District Manager for Dining Services covering Orwigsburg, Lancaster, Williamsport and Wilkes-Barre. You will lead account managers, coach teams, ensure food quality, safety and customer service, and manage budgets and resources across facilities.

Travel is required to sites; you will develop staff, maintain records, and collaborate with corporate for contracts and renewals. A Bachelor's degree and food safety certifications are preferred; supervisory experience in healthcare

Responsabilidades

• Coach and develop Account Managers and monitor performance.
• Visit accounts regularly to ensure compliance with ISH standards.
• Manage staffing levels and oversee budgeting and cost control.
• Oversee food preparation, safety and sanitation.
• Assist in acquisitions of new business and contract negotiations.
