Job summary

Meriwether Godsey is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple account teams across PA/NJ, delivering fresh, scratch-made dining and exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires seven+ years of foodservice leadership, a Bachelor’s degree, ServSafe certification, strong financial acumen, and travel between accounts with some evenings and weekends. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Seven+ years of progressive foodservice leadership; multi-unit management preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading teams, developing leaders, and improving performance.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical thinking, problem solving, and business management skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of foodservice operations, hospitality, and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop account managers and on-site leadership to meet operational and client goals.
• Ensure consistent culinary, food safety, sanitation, service, and brand standards.
• Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.
• Oversee district financial performance: budgets, labor, food costs, and operating expenses.
• Translate strategy into priorities and collaborate with VP Operations to advance goals.
