Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Dining Services District Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. You will ensure policies and regulatory compliance, lead staff training, and maintain site records for financials and resources.

The role requires coordinating with building occupants and administrators to standardize practices. Residency within the service area and a valid driver's license are required, along with CDM credentials and relevant experience in large-scale

Qualifications

• CDM certification or higher in culinary/food service management or hospitality.
• Minimum two years' experience in quantity food production/service and supervision.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; leadership abilities.
• Must have valid driver's license and residency within the service area; COVID-19 policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise dining services operations across multiple locations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Oversee staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment for multiple sites.
• Act as liaison between occupants/administrators and HCSG staff; communicate directives and ensure consistency.
• All other duties as assigned.
