Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Dining Services District Manager to oversee dining operations across multiple locations. You will lead teams, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, and help enhance resident and customer experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, budget awareness, and the ability to coordinate training, scheduling, and reporting. Salary ranges USD 70,000 to 75,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent acceptable.
• Experience in quantity food production/service and personnel supervision preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to complete regulatory compliance courses.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise dining services operations across multiple locations.
• Oversee staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment for multiple sites.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, ensuring consistency across locations.
• All other duties as assigned.
