Healthcare Services Group Inc. is seeking a Dining Services District Manager to oversee dining operations across multiple sites.

You will supervise staff, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate with administrators to deliver consistent service and quality for residents and customers. Applicants should have a management degree or equivalent, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in management or related field when preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years' experience in food production/service and supervision preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage regulatory compliance and drive process improvements.
• Must have a valid driver's license and residency in service area.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise dining services operations across multiple locations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and federal/state requirements.
• Oversee staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment for multiple sites.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, ensuring consistent directives across locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
