Alsco Uniforms is seeking a District Manager to oversee daily route operations, delivery performance, and service teams in Albany, GA. You will report to the Service Manager and drive high-quality customer service while ensuring safety and compliance.

The position offers a salary of $65,000–$70,000 per year plus quarterly and annual bonuses. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in route operations and at least 1 year of direct leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in route operations or logistics leadership.
• 1+ years of direct leadership or supervisory experience.
• Valid driving license and a clean driving record; must be 21+.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily execution of delivery and service routes for accurate customer service.
• Manage route schedules, territory coverage, and workload distribution for productivity.
• Lead, coach, and develop route drivers and service team members.
• Address escalated customer concerns, service issues, and delivery challenges.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and DOT regulations (if applicable).
