Job summary

Kansas Judicial Branch seeks a Trial Court Clerk II, Grade 18, for the 10th Judicial District in Johnson County, KS. The position is full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, in-person at the district offices.

Responsibilities include assisting the public, answering calls and emails, and scanning/quality checking documents. High school diploma or equivalent and one year of clerical experience are preferred; Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions with accuracy.
• Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment.
• Experience in clerical work and customer service is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist the public and answer phone calls/emails.
• Scan and quality-check documents.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
