Compass Group USA is seeking a District Chef to oversee all culinary functions for multiple corporate dining accounts. You will support a team of associates and ensure safety, sanitation, and high-quality execution across locations.

Traveling between Kingsport, TN, Asheville, NC, Hickory, NC and Winston Salem, NC, you will drive menu development, costing, and innovation while mentoring chefs and controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Five years of culinary management experience
• Two or more years of multi-site culinary management experience
• High volume production and catering experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary functions for multiple corporate dining accounts
• Support a team of associates and oversee safety and sanitation
• Drive innovation in all accounts and manage cost controls
• Teach and mentor chefs; cost and inventory management
• Develop menus, costing, and pricing with Webtrition and culinary team
• Implement new culinary programs and marketing-driven initiatives
• Enhance customer experience through strategic initiatives
