Job summary

The Christian and Missionary Alliance is seeking a Care Specialist focused on the emotional and spiritual care of official workers, spouses, retirees, and chaplains within the Eastern PA District. The role will create and implement a strategy to care for workers across regions and serve as a voice for women’s ministry development on the district team.

Qualifications

• Clear articulation of personal faith in Jesus and resonance with the ministry philosophy of the District (development for Gospel impact, regional multiplication).
• Demonstrated personality that is highly relational and gifted in coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Develop, equip, and lead care networks for women by region, retired workers, and chaplains.
• Recruit, train, and coach regional care facilitators for networks.
• Collaborate with district team for care and development of women in our district; focus on personal visits, district conference, and development cohorts.
• Plan and lead care events for our retired workers and chaplains.
• Care for district team through quarterly gatherings that include spouses.
