Job summary

The Christian and Missionary Alliance Eastern PA District is seeking an Equipping Director to lead our efforts in developing workers and mobilizing our district for mission. You will shape development cohorts, ordination pathways, and partnerships between churches, international workers, and fields, while overseeing dashboard tools across the district.

We expect a Gospel-rooted, relational leader who collaborates with the district team to design strategies that multiply ministry impact

Qualifications

Clear articulation of personal faith and elder-like character.
Experience in creating developmental or training systems.
Hands-on experience in leading training pathways or credentialing processes.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and execute a pathway to prepare new workers and onboarding staff.
Provide strategy for development efforts and regional multiplication.
Oversee PEAK and church transition processes.
Assist in church/worker transition through PEAK and profile creation.
Lead Disciple-Making Community dashboard conversations and analytics.
Develop partnerships between churches and international workers.
