Job summary

The Eastern PA District of The Christian and Missionary Alliance is seeking a Care Specialist to provide emotional and spiritual support to official workers, retired workers, and chaplains, with a focus on developing care networks by region and empowering women in ministry.

This part-time, hourly role emphasizes relational outreach, initiative, and collaboration with the district team and leaders to craft plans that meet caregivers' needs and strengthen Gospel work across the district.

Responsibilities

• Develop, equip, and lead care networks for women by region, retired workers, and chaplains
• Recruit, train, and coach regional care facilitators for networks
• Collaborate with district team for care and development of women in our district; with focus on personal visits, district conference, and development cohorts
• Plan and lead care events for our retired workers and chaplains
• Care for district team through quarterly gatherings that include spouses
