Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in restaurant, café, hospitality, polished fast-casual, or full-service environments.
• Proven success leading high-volume operations and developing managers into senior leaders.
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of delivering top-line growth and operational performance.
• Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and influencing skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead through coaching, development, and empowerment.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop teams by mentoring General Managers, Head Chefs, and Café Managers.
• Reinforce performance expectations and hold teams accountable to results.
• Drive succession planning and build leadership bench across districts.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Oversee hiring and staffing across cafés, including exempt and non-exempt staff.
• Foster a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and hospitality excellence.
• Ensure café quality, hospitality, and welcoming environments across all locations.
• Partner with managers to build daily routines and operational accountability.
