Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee district operations, guide change, and ensure profitability while delivering legendary customer experiences.

You will mentor a management team, drive staffing decisions, and implement company programs across the branch. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in branch leadership, strong financial acumen, and a dedication to customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and training.
• At least five to seven years in a Branch Manager or equivalent role.
• Strong attention to detail with background in management, sales, training, relationship development and/or customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a fast-paced environment.
• Pest control industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and participate in rotating on-call schedule.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses/certificates.
• Pre-employment background screening required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals and deliver legendary customer experiences.
• Interview applicants and select top candidates and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan and delegate responsibilities to the operations and service management team for smoothBranch operations.
• Drive program implementations by motivating and supporting the district management team.
• Review district environments and key business indicators to identify problems and coach teams to action.
• Support and audit operations, sales, and office leadership positions.
