The role emphasizes strong leadership, quick prioritization, and cross-functional partnership to safeguard customers, associates, merchandise, and facilities while investigating incidents and reducing monetary loss.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in retail asset protection with district or multi-unit experience.
• Familiarity with asset-protection software including Think LP and Secure 5.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
• Travel to all stores within the district is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional partnerships across district, regional and store management on asset protection and shortage control.
• Audit locations and provide actionable analysis to drive improvements.
• Direct implementation of asset protection programs and train store teams.
• Oversee shortage-control staffing and manage payroll/expenses to budget.
• Conduct internal and external investigations and partner with law enforcement.
• Maintain physical security across locations and coordinate with security systems.
• Engage with legal professionals on criminal and civil matters.
