Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a District Asset Protection Manager to lead loss prevention programs across the district and ensure compliance with safety standards. You will train managers, conduct investigations, and partner with law enforcement to reduce shrink.

The role requires 6+ years in retail asset protection with district or multi-unit experience, proficiency in Think LP and Secure 5, and travel across the district. Strong leadership and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Retail Asset Protection experience in District or Multi-Unit roles.
• Familiarity with asset protection programs and software including Think LP and Secure 5.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong investigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead asset protection, shortage control and safety programs across the district.
• Train and mentor store management and protection staff to ensure proper policy execution.
• Manage investigations, build partnerships with law enforcement, and reduce incidents and losses.
• Oversee district shortage control staffing, payroll and expenses in line with budget.
