Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a District Asset Protection Manager in New York (Webster) to lead safety, security and shortage programs across the district.

You will train store management, drive loss prevention, and coordinate investigations to reduce incidents and monetary loss. This full-time, hybrid role requires 6+ years in retail asset protection, proficiency with ThinkLP and Secure 5, and travel to all stores in the district.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Retail Asset Protection experience.
• Experience with Think LP and Secure 5.
• Ability to travel to all district stores.

Responsibilities

• Foster cross-functional partnerships with district and store management, HR, legal, operations, and inventory control teams.
• Audit locations and drive recommendations to improve results.
• Lead asset protection program implementation and training across stores in the district.
• Oversee shortage control staffing and budget alignment.
• Conduct internal and external investigations; manage investigations and reporting.
• Maintain physical security controls and systems at all locations.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and legal partners on cases.
