Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a District Asset Protection Manager to lead loss prevention across your district. You will develop, train and implement asset protection and safety programs, reducing shortages while safeguarding customers, associates, merchandise and facilities.

Travel is required; you will partner with store management, HR, legal and operations, and oversee investigations and security systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Retail Asset Protection experience, including District/Multi-Unit.
• Experience with asset protection programs and software including Think LP and Secure 5.
• Proven ability to conduct internal investigations and manage external programs.
• Willingness to travel to all stores in the district.

Responsibilities

• Foster partnerships with district, regional and store management on asset protection matters.
• Audit locations and drive continuous improvement with follow-up on recommendations.
• Lead asset protection program implementation and train store teams.
• Oversee shortage control staffing, payroll and expenses within budget.
• Conduct investigations and manage compliance controls.
• Maintain physical security systems across locations and liaise with law enforcement.
