Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Holdings, Inc. is seeking a District Loss Prevention Manager for the Baltimore, MD area. This on-site role oversees 18-20 stores, focusing on shrink reduction, safety, investigations, and staff training to protect assets.

Responsibilities include guiding store leaders, conducting audits, and implementing company LP programs across the district to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Higher education in criminal justice preferred.
• Minimum of three years of loss prevention experience.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Efficient planning and execution of detailed instructions.
• Ability to learn and communicate new information to associates.

Responsibilities

• Investigate reports of asset losses, injuries, or harassment to determine facts and take appropriate disciplinary actions.
• Conduct security checks to minimize asset loss and maintain CCTV/Alarm systems.
• Train new associates in Asset Protection and safety.
• Propose ideas for improved shortage control and fewer accidents.
• Perform safety inspections and coordinate corrective actions with stores.
