Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a District Loss Prevention Manager to oversee shrinkage control and safety across 18–20 stores in Georgia. You will investigate incidents, manage CCTV and alarm systems, and train store leaders in Asset Protection.

Strong judgment, planning and communication skills are required to excel in this exempt role. You will partner with the District Team Leaders to drive safety and loss prevention initiatives while following company programs and policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Higher education related to criminal justice preferred.
• Minimum of three years of loss prevention experience in retail.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Efficient planning, prioritization and implementation of detailed instructions.
• Ability to learn and communicate new information to all associates within company standards.
• Outstanding interpersonal and listening skills.
• Prior interviewing/investigation certification such as WZ or Reid

Responsibilities

• Investigate reports of asset losses, injuries, or harassment to determine proper facts and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct physical security checks to minimize asset loss and maintain CCTV and alarm systems.
• Train new associates in Asset Protection and safety.
• Create and recommend ideas for increased shortage control and fewer accidents.
• Conduct safety inspections and follow up with correction of safety issues in stores.
• Reinforce Asset Protection and safety awareness in store meetings.
• Partner with District Team Leaders to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct Operational Risk Assessments and review relevant reports.
• Coach/train leaders and associates on shrink and safety awareness.
• Manage shrink and safety through company programs and policy reinforcement.
• Manage inventory movement and supervise inventory processes.
