Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a District Loss Prevention Manager to lead shrink and safety across roughly 18–20 stores. This on-site role reports to the Regional Loss Prevention Manager and focuses on investigations, training, and policy enforcement.

You will partner with District Team Leaders, conduct operational risk assessments, oversee CCTV/alarms, and ensure safety compliance while driving reductions in loss and improving store safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three years of loss prevention experience in retail or equivalent.
• Ability to travel within the district and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Investigate reports of asset losses and determine proper disciplinary actions.
• Conduct security checks, maintain CCTV and alarm systems.
• Train new associates in Asset Protection and safety best practices.
• Lead shrink reduction and safety initiatives across multiple stores.
• Coordinate with District Team Leaders to ensure operational efficiency.
• Perform risk assessments per program requirements.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Criminal justice degree preferred

Interviewing/investigation certification such as WZ or Reid
