Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides financial oversight of sales, payroll budgets, expenses and store banking.
• Demonstrates customer service excellence and team leadership in every interaction.
• Executes merchandising, standards, seasonal transitions and inventory processes.
• Coaches, trains and schedules store associates to meet business needs.
• Maintains security of the store location and assets.
