Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a District Loss Prevention Manager to lead shrink reduction and safety efforts across approximately 18–20 stores in the Orlando region. You will investigate incidents, train leaders, and partner with district teams to protect assets and ensure safe environments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Criminal justice degree or coursework preferred.
• Minimum of three years in loss prevention in retail or demonstrated related training.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, interviewing and training abilities.
• Experience with safety and shrink control programs desirable.

Responsibilities

• Investigate asset loss, injuries, or harassment to establish facts and determine disciplinary actions.
• Maintain CCTV and alarm systems; perform security checks to minimize losses.
• Train new associates in Asset Protection and safety.
• Suggest ideas to enhance shortage control and reduce accidents.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure corrective actions in stores.
• Participate in store meetings to reinforce Asset Protection and safety awareness.
• Coordinate with District Team Leaders to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct Operational Risk Assessments and review loss prevention reports.
• Coach leaders and associates on shrink and safety awareness.
