Job summary

Newport-Mesa Unified School District is seeking an experienced administrator to support the district's student assessment program. The role involves coordinating state testing, maintaining testing procedures and security, and providing timely information to staff and administrators to affect student achievement.

The ideal candidate will oversee data systems, produce data reports, and supervise assigned staff while collaborating with district leadership on testing policies and budgets.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school with college-level coursework in statistics or related field.
• Five years of increasingly responsible experience in administration of a student assessment program.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate and implement duties supporting the district student assessment program.
• Coordinate state testing, training, compliance and security procedures.
• Provide information and support to teachers, principals and administrators to impact student achievement.
• Maintain data integrity, run reports and manage data reporting systems.
• Supervise staff, prepare reports, and collaborate with district leadership on policies.
