Job summary

District of Columbia International School (DCI) is hiring a full-time Data and Assessment Associate to own the data systems, processes, validation, and configuration. You will partner with the Data & Assessment Coordinator, the principals, and the CAO to plan and coordinate all standardized assessment administration.

The role emphasizes building dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, supporting DC assessments, and managing SIS (eSchools Plus) while collaborating with instructional leaders to guide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience with data management and testing coordination in a school setting required.
• Experience with DC Standardized Assessments is a plus.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills, and building dashboards, required.
• Excellent project management and interpersonal/communication skills.
• Ability to use multiple technology platforms and G-Suite tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data collection systems including dashboards and trackers.
• Serve as data management liaison for key platforms (e.g., Toddle).
• Prepare data reports for instructional leaders and OSSE/PCSB requirements.
• Support SIS (eSchools Plus) management and data reconciliation.
• Provide professional development for staff on data platforms.
• Assist with assessment planning and administration coordination.
