Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager for the Aftermarket in the Los Angeles area.

This role focuses on growing replacement equipment sales, expanding distributor and service company relationships, and leading territory growth initiatives through strategic planning and field sales execution. You will prospect service companies, launch new products, and drive revenue across the aftermarket channel while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical experience in the pool industry, ideally in a field-management role.
• Strong consultative selling, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel extensively.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a territory business plan focused on aftermarket sales growth and market share expansion.
• Identify, prospect, and convert targeted service companies to increase adoption of Hayward products and solutions.
• Build strategic relationships with B-target accounts and implement account development plans to increase sales volume and customer loyalty.
• Conduct regular joint sales calls with distributors and key aftermarket customers to identify opportunities and drive conversion efforts.
• Support distributor partners in maintaining inventory levels, new product introductions, and aftermarket growth initiatives.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical training, and educational programs to service companies, retailers, and distribution partners.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage customer engagement, track pipeline opportunities, document activities, and forecast sales performance.
