Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• 4–6 years of progressive engineering experience at Staff Engineer level.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee the District transportation construction program.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to engineers and staff.
• Ensure contract administration by monitoring scope, schedules, quality, and budget.
• Develop and manage the District STIP, including project priorities and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders regarding projects.
