Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• 0-2 years progressive work experience in Engineering.
• Some agencies may require a certificate of registration from the Board of Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Performs field inspections, surveys, laboratory testing, material analysis, and quality control.
• Develops engineering models, conducts studies, makes cost estimates, and submits reports and other documentation.
• Reviews and evaluates the work of assigned engineering technicians.
• Performs inspections to ensure contractor conformance to plans and specs.
• Coordinates with contractor, other agencies, and the public when project impacts them.
