The Wyoming Department of Transportation is seeking a Principal Engineer for Sundance, WY to oversee highway construction and contract administration from design through finalization. You will lead a team of technicians and engineers, coordinate with federal, state, and local partners, and ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule goals.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Engineering, PE license, and 2–4 years of progressive project engineering experience.

• Knowledge of highway geometric design, hydraulic design, soil engineering, and construction practices.
• Understanding of supervision, hiring, and firing procedures.
• Ability to train and mentor engineering staff.
