Job summary

UNIS is seeking an Operations Supervisor in El Paso, TX to lead warehouse operations, drive team performance, and ensure customer commitments are met safely and efficiently. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes coaching teams toward operational excellence while balancing day-to-day execution with continuous improvement.

You will manage receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping, monitor metrics, and develop associates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse, distribution, or logistics
• 1+ year in leadership or supervisory role
• Experience leading in fast-paced warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, or 3PL environment

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping
• Monitor productivity, quality, and performance metrics; adjust in real time
• Coach, develop, and hold associates to performance, attendance, safety, and standards
• Conduct shift meetings; communicate priorities; foster high-performing team
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards and procedures
• Identify process improvement opportunities and partner with leadership
