Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Training Supervisor to support onboarding and development in our distribution center. The role involves learning multiple jobs to ensure SOP rollout and effective training execution, while maintaining comprehensive training documentation and records.

You will support leaders in sustaining a positive work culture, safety, and a clean work environment. Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and the MS Office suite is essential, along with coordinating train-the-trainer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience or HS/GED with 5–7+ years of specific experience.
• Experience in onboarding, training, and development within a distribution/fulfillment setting.
• Ability to maintain training records and coordinate train-the-trainer sessions.

Responsibilities

• Supports onboarding and training of new hires by learning multiple jobs in the distribution center.
• Develops and maintains training documentation and records to ensure training compliance.
• Supports leaders in maintaining a safe, clean work environment and positive work culture.
• Coordinates surveys, interviews, and questionnaires for training needs assessments using PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
