Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Distribution Team Lead to supervise Warehouse Associates and coordinate daily order fulfillment for Pharma and MedTech products. The role serves as a key support to warehouse Supervisors.

You will lead picking, packing, shipping, and dock operations, ensure SAP posts, monitor safety, and drive process improvements while training staff in SOPs and company policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a warehouse environment with leadership exposure.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient with Powered Industrial Trucks and safety procedures.
• Strong SAP and RF Scanning knowledge.
• Ability to lead a team and manage time effectively.
• Good math, reading skills in English and precise documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Supervisor to allocate manpower for orders daily.
• Lead daily warehouse production: pick, pack, ship, workflow and assignments.
• Ensure truck orders are post goods issued in SAP.
• Enforce company policies and safety guidelines among associates.
• Communicate directives from management to staff and monitor performance.
• Improve workflow, implement changes, and train on SOPs and policies.
• Open/close facility and manage alarm system where required.
• Generate and maintain warehouse transfer order documents.
