Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Distribution Team Lead to oversee the Warehouse Associates at the Market Unit Distribution Center, ensuring timely order fulfillment for Pharma and MedTech.

You will coordinate manpower with Supervisors, monitor daily pick/pack/ship, and enforce SAP posting, safety, and SOP compliance. Leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on PIT proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proficient in Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) including walkie-riders, cherry pickers, deep reaches, and sit-down forklifts.
• Proficient in SAP and RF scanning.
• Basic mathematical and reading skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Supervisor to allocate manpower resources for timely order execution.
• Lead daily warehouse production including pick, pack, and ship activities and daily assignments.
• Ensure that all truck orders shipped are posted in SAP (goods issue).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate directives from management to Warehouse Associates.
• Monitor workflow and implement process improvements and SOPs.
