Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Oklahoma leads a Warehouse Team in the Market Unit Distribution Center, guiding Associates to meet Pharma and MedTech order fulfillment. The Distribution Team Lead reports to Supervisors and drives daily performance, safety, and process improvements.

High school diploma or GED is required, with 5+ years in warehousing and leadership preferred. Proficiency in SAP, RF scanning, and PIT equipment is expected to manage shipping, inventory, and safety compliance effectively.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years warehouse experience with leadership preferred.
• Proficient in SAP and RF scanning.
• PIT equipment proficiency required.
• Strong math and English reading skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work in fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety, SOPs, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manpower to meet daily customer orders.
• Lead daily warehouse production: pick/pack/ship, workflow, and assignments.
• Ensure ship orders post goods issued in SAP.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate directives from management to Associates.
• Improve workflow and implement process changes.
• Assess staff performance and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Act as project leader for special warehouse initiatives.
• Open/close facility and manage alarm system.
• Generate and maintain transfer order documents.
• Follow safety guidelines and complete required trainings.
• Maintain training status for Dangerous Drugs and Medical Devices.
