Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Distribution Team Lead to head a team of Warehouse Associates in a Market Unit Distribution Center, ensuring efficient order fulfillment for Pharma and MedTech. You will act as the direct assistant to the warehouse Supervisors and guide daily operations.

Qualifications include 5+ years in warehousing, leadership experience, and proficiency with SAP, RF scanning, and powered industrial trucks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse experience with leadership preferred.
• Proficient in SAP and RF scanning technologies.
• Experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT).
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong mathematical and English reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manpower with the Supervisor to meet daily orders.
• Lead daily warehouse production: pick, pack, ship, and workflow.
• Ensure orders are post goods issued in SAP.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Open/close facility and manage alarm system.
• Generate and maintain transfer order documents.
• Lead special warehouse initiatives and provide feedback to supervisors.
