Job summary

GNC is seeking a Distribution Team Lead to support warehouse operations in Whitestown, IN. You will help the Department Supervisor manage work assignments, adjust staffing, and monitor productivity to meet service levels.

You will also participate in reporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. The role is a full‑time hourly position with opportunities to lead a diverse team and contribute to our Live Well culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading distribution teams in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to monitor productivity and performance and provide feedback.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Department Supervisor by managing work assignments and adjusting staffing to optimize flow.
• Monitor workers’ productivity, assess performance, and provide feedback.
• Run productivity reports and ensure accurate handling of materials.
• Coordinate issue resolution with the Supervisor and maintain safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement and communicate status updates.
